Ms. Rodríguez is an Illinois-licensed immigration attorney with over 10 years of experience in family- and employment-based immigration, waivers, naturalization, consular processing, administrative appeals, and federal litigation. She has worked on behalf of professors and researchers, as well as individuals with extraordinary ability in the areas of art, athletics and the sciences. She also has extensive experience representing individuals in a variety of family-based and humanitarian immigration matters, and is a highly effective federal litigator.

Ms. Rodríguez has successfully litigated a variety of claims for declaratory and injunctive relief before the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, including claims arising under the Administrative Procedure Act, the Mandamus Act, and the Immigration and Nationality Act.
